Join 19 other female-identifying individuals from all industries and backgrounds for 4 morning sessions in Downtown Los Angeles

Desire is a very potent and powerful life-force but we often don’t create space to honor and explore our deepest wants and needs. We will learn together how to trust ourselves, communicate our desires, and connect on a deeper level to ourselves and with others.

In our sessions together we will explore:

  • Desire: Vulnerability

  • Desire: Power

  • Desire: Play

  • Desire: Intimacy

Series is composed of

4 Tuesday morning
sessions in May

May 7, 14, 21, and 28
Sessions are 7-8:30a sharp
Include light breakfast and coffee
Notebooks and creative materials included

WE believe the next step for lasting wellbeing is through the lens of relationships.

Our approach of Relational Mindfulness™ is a proprietary methodology of tools and practices to improve quality of life through quality relationships.

WE programs started in March of 2016 with 12 women who were invested in DTLA, and has expanded to include women from all over LA who actively pursue personal and professional growth. Since then, we’ve taken our Relational Mindfulness™ programs to companies like Patagonia, Warby Parker, Squarespace, and more.
