I appreciate that our company has a culture of supporting continuing education, professional development, and a diverse pool of future leaders.

I'd like to attend Team Resilience, an experiential workshop series led by WE on team resilience and building key skills for growth mindsets, conflict resolution, and healthy stress management. These skills will serve me in my day-to-day work and enable me to contribute to the team in a bigger way. Participating in this training series is the perfect opportunity for me to learn (insert your learning goals), so that we can (how this will benefit the greater team goals).
