Steven Do is a connector, talent advisor, and community builder. Coming from a family of Vietnamese refugees, he continually studies the intersection of identity and belonging throughout schoolwork and his personal life.

Steven graduated from the University of Washington as a first generation student and is currently enrolled at the University of Southern California studying his Masters in Human Resources.

Professionally, Steven specializes in leadership hiring within the technology industry and serves as a career coach. Having worked at companies such as Amazon, Dropbox, and now Brex, he passionately focuses on hiring talent to enable teams in their pursuit of success all while upholding diversity, belonging, & inclusion.

Jordan brings her warm, energetic, and empathetic personality to every experience she facilitates. For her, it all comes down to the people in the room - whether it's virtual or physical - and responding to what they need in that moment. Blending her multi-disciplinary background in architecture, education, and design research, she sees the big picture and breaks down complex information into understandable pieces, so people can actually use it to change their day-to-day lives, professionally and personally.

Jordan has facilitated hundreds of hours of successful learning experiences across sectors and countries, ranging from small, corporate training sessions, to 300+ person public co-creation workshops. She has supported WE for curriculum design and is a trained Relational Mindfulness® Facilitator. Jordan also works as a Design Strategist in Los Angeles, where she focuses on participatory design practices.

Pilar Harris is a social impact practitioner and advocate based in Brooklyn, NY. With a background in international development, she has worked across four continents with a primary focus on gender and human rights.

Pilar completed a Master of Arts degree at NYU where her thesis project documented the development of smartphone apps for women entrepreneurs in rural India.

Today, she is a Director of Global Partnerships at Global Citizen, a mentor and trip leader at Global Glimpse, a lover of house plants, and a mental health enthusiast on a mission to make healing and self-preservation more accessible to everyone everywhere. She is a trained Relational Mindfulness facilitator.

Rena Marie is a wellness professional, DEI facilitator, and performer. She has facilitated trainings and workshops covering topics such as therapeutic communications, wellness, and equity for people in various industries; such as educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and corporations.

She has been an actor and dancer for over 25 years and has led high-energy, packed classes with Rhythm & Motion since 2011. Rena Marie also brings her love of dance to people outside of the studio, leading retreats both locally and globally.

She is a trained Drama Therapist, with a MA in counseling psychology. She uses this training in her artistic work with youth and adults. Rena Marie believes the arts are inherently therapeutic and can be used to bring about healing and wellness. She is a trained Relational Mindfulness® facilitator.

Pat's North Star values are rooted in collective healing, identity development, mindfulness-in-the-moment strategies, and the power of creative expression. Patrick works in the recruitment and retention of male educators of color in the largest school district in the nation to thrive as teachers while developing as leaders in the classroom and school ecosystem.

Pat’s experience of facilitating group learning spaces with educators across the nation is geared towards the investigation of self in relation to community and impact. As a Jamaican-American Boston College '14 and Teachers College, Columbia University '16 alum, his learning experiences have sharpened his fluency in the tools and mindsets necessary for finding a healthy sense of belonging in the face of stereotype threat and imposter syndrome.
