With a background in international development, she has worked across four continents with a primary focus on gender and human rights. Today, she is a Director of Global Partnerships at Global Citizen and a mentor and trip leader at Global Glimpse.
Nkechi Njaka, Relational Facilitator
Nkechi Deanna Njaka, MSc is an SF mindfulness expert, meditation instructor and artist. She is the founder of NDN lifestyle studio, co-founder of Sitting Matters, a YBCA Truth Fellow, and lululemon ambassador. As a neuroscientist, choreographer, and meditation teacher, she has spent the majority of her life investigating the relationship between the brain and the body.
Jordan Butler, Relational Facilitator
Jordan brings her warm, energetic, and empathetic personality to every experience she facilitates. Blending her multi-disciplinary background in architecture, education, and design research, she sees the big picture and breaks down complex information into understandable pieces. Jordan has facilitated hundreds of hours of successful learning experiences across sectors and countries.

Steven Do is a connector, talent advisor, and community builder. Coming from a family of Vietnamese refugees, he continually studies the intersection of identity and belonging. Having worked at companies such as Amazon, Dropbox, and now Brex, he passionately focuses on hiring talent to enable teams in their pursuit of success all while upholding diversity, belonging, & inclusion.
Rena Marie Guidry, Relational Facilitator
Rena Marie is a wellness professional, DEI facilitator, and performer. She has facilitated trainings and workshops covering topics such as therapeutic communications, wellness, and equity for people in various industries; such as educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and corporations. She is a trained Drama Therapist, with a MA in counseling psychology.

Patrick Kelly has spent over 15 years working with companies of all sizes in the beauty, apparel, and tech industries—including Patagonia, Aveda, L’OCCITANE, and more. His expertise spans a range of disciplines, though his primary areas of interest and value are in coaching, personal and professional development, product-driven small business consulting, and brand strategy.
Pat Williamson, Relational Facilitator
Pat's North Star values are rooted in collective healing, identity development, mindfulness-in-the-moment strategies, and the power of creative expression. Patrick works in the recruitment and retention of male educators of color in the largest school district in the nation to thrive as teachers while developing as leaders in the classroom and school ecosystem. Pat’s experience of facilitating group learning spaces with educators across the nation is geared towards investigation of self in relation to community and impact.
Ava Pomerantz, Tech Facilitator
Ava Pomerantz is currently pursuing a Master in Science in Applied Psychology at the University of Southern California. Ava has led workshops on the intersection of social justice and Judaism, taught bodily awareness and rape prevention elementary-aged kids and families, and trained middle and high school students in conflict resolution.
